There are many notable features of the Manifold Valley and Thor's Cave is one of the most spectacular. It is quite a steep, but easy stepped climb to reach it. At any time in the summer there are usually a pack of tourists exploring its vastness, and it is quite easy to travel some distance into the cave without equipment.
